Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months experience required, preferably in manufacturing.
• Basic working knowledge of computer data entry function preferred.
• Must be able to maintain a quality delegate stamp or attain and retain a quality delegate stamp.
• Must follow all safety guidelines.
• Must be a capable forklift operator.
• Familiar with PC computer systems.
• Possess good organizational and administrative skills.
• Able to develop audit reports and write non-conforming records as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate all NC machines, including Thermwoods.
• Support all NC’s by performing the final inspection of parts.
• Loading/unloading parts and tools and part preparation.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Maintain an accurate E-log, 5-S, and housekeeping to customer requirement.
• Individuals could be asked to operate different machines on their shift.
• Department or area specific expectations will be further defined by supervisor/manage.
• Individual will support team efforts and product process by performing any operation or tasks deemed necessary by customer requirements, team consensus, and/or supervisor/manager.
• Works in a team environment to reach consensus decisions within the guidelines and boundaries established by the company, and maintains constructive relationships with co-workers.
