No experience? No problem—attitude and reliability are valued, and we'll teach you milling basics, measurement, and process care in a clean, climate-controlled shop.

You'll learn tool changes, setup basics, quality inspection, and potential advancement to setups or programming as you grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• This position requires U.S. Person status as defined under ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material into CNC milling machines.
• Start and monitor machine cycles.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges (training provided).
• Follow work instructions and setup sheets.
• Replace cutting tools as instructed.
• Deburr and clean machined parts.
• Keep machines supplied with material.
• Report machine alarms or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
