Job summary

Roll Machining Technologies in Blytheville, AR, is seeking multiple skilled CNC Operators to join our team. This role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC lathes and mills to manufacture precision parts in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

We value precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Candidates should be able to read blueprints, interpret specifications, and perform in-process inspections using micrometers and calipers. Training is available for motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathes, mills or horizontal turning lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with G&M code programming preferred.
• Crane / Forklift experience preferred.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools including micrometers and calipers.
• Familiarity with Fanuc, Mazak, or similar CNC control systems a plus.
• Experience with Mazak Mill a huge plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathes and mills to produce machined parts
• Safely load material into machines either manually or with a crane
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications
• Perform in-process quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Make program offsets and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues
• Document production activity and maintain accurate work records
