Ultipro in Clarksville, TX is seeking production operators to setup and operate turning and milling cells, including 2 to 3 machine cell assignments.

You will follow process sheets and blueprints, install and align dies, and inspect tolerances while maintaining a clean, safe work area. This is a manufacturing role with 2nd and 3rd shift options and wage differentials. The job requires lifting heavy items and standing for the entire shift.

Qualifications

• Average math skills and basic English reading/comprehension are required.
• Ability to read and follow process sheets and logs in English.
• Must be physically able to lift and move heavy items and stand for the shift.
• Able to work scheduled hours and comply with policies.
• Basic machining knowledge is a plus and teamwork is essential.
• Must demonstrate accuracy and reliability in tasks.
• Willingness to adapt to shift changes and cooperate with others.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and tend machines used to process components.
• Work from process sheets, blueprints, or supervisor instructions.
• Maneuver heavy parts manually or with a crane.
• Install, align, and lock dies, punches, blades, or fixtures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; check tolerances.
• Be flexible to work in other areas or departments as assigned.
• Work third shift when required (11:00pm–7:00am, Sun–Thu).
