Job summary

Diamondback Firearms is seeking a CNC Operator II for a weekend shift to operate CNC horizontal and vertical machines according to complex blueprints and engineering drawings. You will load/unload parts, perform tool changes, and verify parts against specifications.

The role requires 1+ year experience with CNC machines, reading blueprints, and using calipers or similar tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow tolerances is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating, loading, and unloading parts on CNC machines.
• 1+ years running CNC Horizontal and/or Vertical machines with basic CNC machining.
• 1+ years using calipers and other measurement tools.
• Able to read drawings and understand tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate, load, and unload parts on CNC machines.
• Complete tool changes and make tool offsets.
• Inspect and measure finished products against documents.
• Make adjustments to machinery for tool wear compensation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operating difficulties.
• Learn set-ups for new jobs with assistance.
