Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division in Cleveland, TN is seeking a CNC Operator III for the 2nd shift. The role involves fabricating parts, following drawings, and maintaining safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

You will lift up to 40 pounds, operate presses, and participate in cross-training across departments. A High School Diploma or GED and basic measuring tool skills are required; Eaton offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution.
• Fabrication experience operating presses (ex-punch, turret, CNC).
• Experience with precision-measuring equipment (calipers, tape measures).
• Experience using hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches, drills).

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety policies and wear proper PPE.
• Follow Eaton Quality standards and systems.
• Fabricate parts per drawings using punches and turret presses.
• Determine parts and fixtures from manufacturing info and pull materials from stock.
• Perform quality checks with measuring instruments or templates.
• Operate auxiliary equipment and adjust fabrication materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness per Eaton 5S procedures.
• Cross-train in department areas and train new hires.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work overtime as needed.
