Job summary

Dentsply Sirona Inc. in Johnson City, TN is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for 2nd shift to set up and run Beckhoff-controlled grinders on endodontic files. You will inspect outputs, adjust machine parameters, and support TPM at start-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical degree a plus.
• Six months of machine operation experience or related training.
• AS/BS in a technical discipline is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Study shop orders and work instructions to determine product specs and tool requirements.
• Set and adjust machine controls according to specifications.
• Operate and tend grinding machines and related tools per procedures.
• Monitor operations and adjust settings to maintain quality.
• Inspect endodontic files for conformance using gauges and comparators.
• Perform TPM at start-up and support changeovers.
