Job summary

Howmet Aerospace in Torrance, CA is seeking a CNC Operator to run single or multi-spindle CNC drilling machines, following drawings and quality standards. You will perform setups, inspections, and maintain tooling while supporting production and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Operate CNC equipment following drawings, specs and work instructions.
• Read precision measurement instruments for quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery per engineering drawings and specs.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections with precision tools.
• Maintain tooling, fixtures and machine setup for multiple machines.
