Machining Express, LLC is seeking a dependable CNC Operator I for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:15pm-11:45pm) in Longmont, CO. You will operate CNC centers to perform milling, drilling, and boring with close tolerances, following blueprints and program sheets.

The role requires tool changes, inspection, and adherence to production quotas. The position is temporary, with compensation starting at $17 per hour plus a $0.86 shift differential for second shift.

Qualifications

• Interpret complicated drawings, program sheets, and process sheets to determine work.
• Perform a variety of operations on CNC machining centers including milling, drilling, and boring.
• Read blueprints and verify parts against specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install and change cutting tools in machine spindle or magazine.
