Job summary

VAL-CO's Vallorbs Bird in Hand facility is seeking a Full-Time 2nd shift CNC Operator. No prior experience required as training is provided; you’ll operate production machines and support efficiency and quality on the shop floor.

Val-Co offers competitive wages starting at $18/hour plus a $1.50 shift differential, PTO after 90 days, benefits beginning the 1st of the month after 30 days, plus a quarterly incentive bonus and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided for CNC Operators.
• Position focuses on operating production machines and maintaining productivity.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines according to procedures.
• Maintain machines for high productivity.
• Perform in-process inspection of components.
• Consult supervisor for guidance when unsure.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in the production area.
• Make machine adjustments as needed.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 2nd shift CNC Operator.

Little to no experience is needed and training will be provided for all CNC Operators.

• Operating production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Ensuring machines are maintained for highest level of productivity
• Performing in-process inspection on components being produced
• Consulting the supervisor or lead person for assistance if uncertain how to proceed
• Ensuring proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area
• Performing machine adjustments when needed
