Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to program, set up, and run precision aerospace components on 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM). You will handle tooling, offsets, inspections, and documentation, contributing to safe, efficient production and quality standards.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of CNC experience, ability to read blueprints, and strong measurement skills. Shift differential applies; sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• 2+ years setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and travelers.
• Proficient with gauges and precision measuring tools.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, tool, and operate CNC and conventional machine tools.
• Create and install tooling, cutters, grinding wheels, electrodes, and shop aids.
• Adjust machine offsets and modify programs to meet production needs.
• Inspect parts with gauges to ensure conformance to specs.
• Read travelers, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Perform secondary operations such as deburring and degreasing as required.
• Maintain safe, clean, and well-documented work area.
