FCA Packaging is seeking a dependable CNC Operator to operate CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment at our Brookfield on-site facility. No programming experience required; hands-on operation is key.

This role involves loading/unloading, monitoring machines, basic adjustments, and inspecting parts to meet quality specs. You will use calipers and gauges and follow all safety procedures, while contributing to a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and drawings.
• Basic understanding of machining and measuring tools.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery according to established procedures.
• Load and unload materials and parts.
• Monitor machines during production and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and gauges.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Report equipment or quality issues to the appropriate team member.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
