Chromalloy Carson City is hiring a CNC Operator to join the Blade Manufacturing team. You will set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines to manufacture aerospace components.

The role offers a 3rd shift, weekend variability, and a sign-on bonus, with comprehensive benefits starting on day one. We seek candidates with 2+ years of CNC or machine operation experience, strong measurement skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with CNC machining or machine operation.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines.
• Load and edit machine programs as needed.
• Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials.
• Produce parts to engineering and production specifications.
• Inspect and measure parts using precision measuring tools.
• Perform minor part modifications and finishing work.
• Follow assembly, production, and quality requirements.
• Utilize computerized production tracking systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.
