Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience.
• Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, and/or Swiss machines.
• Ability to perform setups, tool changes, and offset adjustments.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines.
• Perform tooling changes, offset adjustments, and machine troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Make minor program edits and adjustments at the machine.
• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers and calipers.
• Machine aluminum, steel, and stainless alloys to tight tolerances.
• Run short-run and high-volume production jobs.
• Complete production and quality documentation using electronic systems.
• Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and quality teams.
