Job summary

Production Saw & Machine is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join the Long Run Team. You will load stock, monitor tools, perform offsets, and package finished parts to meet tight quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of CNC operator experience and can manage multiple machines while maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive pay and benefits.

• Ability to manage one or more CNC machines.
• Commitment to exceeding customer expectations in quality, efficiency, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines: load stock, monitor tool life, change tooling, and document production.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure standards.
• Meet or exceed efficiency and production rate requirements.
• Maintain machine integrity through maintenance and housekeeping.
• Collect and document production data.
