Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as CNC Operator or similar role.
• Proficiency reading mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with quality control and precision measurement.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Read blueprints and drawings to determine specifications.
• Translate instructions into machine commands and adjust settings as needed.
• Load materials and parts onto machines for processing.
• Monitor machines and adjust for quality improvements.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
