Job summary

Pennex Aluminum in York, PA seeks a CNC Operator to operate CNC equipment and fabricate to meet customer specs. The role supports tooling decisions and maintenance in a fast-paced shop environment.

The ideal candidate will have CNC programming software experience, blueprint reading skills, and math/geometric knowledge to interpret drawings and ensure precision. This full-time, on-site position offers a solid benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience with CNC programming software; Emmegi and Haas experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents; strong math and geometry skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC equipment within the fabrication shop.
• Performs set-up of CNC equipment.
• Advises supervisor on tooling needs for new programs.
• Maintains tooling and equipment with basic preventive care.
• Operates additional production equipment as needed.
• Keeps work area clean and adheres to safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
