Job summary

Top Prospect Group in Berlin, CT is hiring for CNC Machine Operators and CNC Machinists for 2nd shift. Multiple openings on 4:00 PM–12:30 AM, full-time.

Responsibilities include operating CNC milling and turning machines, loading/unloading parts, inspecting with calipers, micrometers, and gauges, and reading work instructions and blueprints. Ideal candidates have CNC experience or strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and reliability.

Qualifications
