Job summary

EURO-COMPOSITES Corporation is seeking a CNC Operator on the 2nd or 3rd shift in Culpeper, VA. You will set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components, following strict quality and safety standards. We will train you and offer a supportive, stable environment for career growth.

Starting compensation is $18.00 per hour plus shift differential. You must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including evenings and weekends as needed, and meet basic schooling/skill

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong accuracy, precision, and basic mathematics.
• Ability to interpret blueprints (or willingness to learn).
• A collaborative attitude—ability to work well with others and take direction.
• Scheduling: Must be available for shift work, including evenings and weekends based on company needs.

Responsibilities

• Load machine programs and set up tools/materials.
• Use and manipulate basic M & G codes.
• Handle, clean, and visually inspect finished parts.
• Calculate and adjust for depth tolerances.
• Maintain clean equipment, safe workspaces, and accurate documentation.
• Physical requirements: Standing, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.
