Job summary

EURO-COMPOSITES® in Culpeper, VA is seeking a CNC Operator on the 2nd or 3rd shift to set up and operate CNC machines producing high-precision aerospace components. The role emphasizes strict quality and safety standards.

You will load programs, interpret basic M and G codes, inspect parts, and maintain tooling and documentation. A high school diploma and willingness to learn blueprints, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret blueprints (or a willingness to learn).
• Strong attention to accuracy, precision, and basic mathematics.
• Collaborative attitude—ability to work well with others and take direction.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Load machine programs and set up tools/materials.
• Use and interpret basic M & G codes.
• Handle, clean, and visually inspect finished parts.
• Calculate and adjust for depth tolerances.
• Maintain clean equipment, safe workspaces, and accurate documentation.
