Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring CNC Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts to support the production of steel rings and related metal components.

You will load materials onto CNC machines with an overhead crane, set parameters, monitor production, perform routine inspections, and conduct basic preventative maintenance. The role requires reading work instructions, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift and stand in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience using overhead cranes or material handling equipment.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Load steel materials onto CNC machines using an overhead crane
• Set machine parameters and offsets according to production specifications
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished products
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
