Job summary

• Communicate with leadership and other team members regarding problems, concerns, status, and improvement ideas.
• Seeks to improve job knowledge.
• Follows all safety requirements, work rules, and company policies.
• Assists in all other operations departments as required.

Job DetailsJob Location: The Prestwick Group - Sussex, WI 53089Salary Range: $21.00 HourlyJob Shift: First ShiftPurpose of Position: To work with a team using CNCs and other tools to cut high-quality furnishings while helping achieve company goals and KPIs.

Position Overview:Prestwick Operators are responsible for cutting the raw stock for our products using one of our 3-axis CNC routers. They must also use hand routers and deburring tools to clean the parts. Secondary operations may also be required, such as pocketing or running through various machines. They must ensure that the items they cut are produced in a way that is efficient, safe, timely, and focused on quality. The Operators must also update the Production Supervisor or Production Manager regarding any issues or needs that may arise during the process. The following are some of the expectations and responsibilities of this position.

Duties and Responsibilities
