CNC Operator - Join Our Team!

Are you a skilled CNC Operator with experience working on Haas machines? We're looking for someone to set up, edit, and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-precision parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position: CNC Operator
Location: Canonsburg PA
Job Type: Full-Time 3rd Shift Monday - Thursday 8:00pm - 6:00am.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up, edit, and operate Haas CNC machining centers to fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts.
2. Use precision measuring instruments to verify the conformance of your work.
3. Utilize computer programs like Syteline and Dispatch to track production.
4. Communicate with Quality, Engineering, and Supervision teams to ensure quality and accuracy.
5. Follow company policies and practices to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. 1 year of CNC machining experience, specifically with Haas machines, in a manufacturing setting.
3. Knowledge of G-codes, programming language, and InventorCAM post-processing is a plus.
4. Ability to read engineering drawings and work with close tolerances.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
