Job Details

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay up to $22.50 per hour within one year, with ranges from $17-$19 depending on position and shift differentials
• $1.00 increase after 90 days
• Shift differentials: $1.50 for 2nd shift, $2.00 for 4th shift
• Quarterly bonuses of $200-$500

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate CNC machinery, including grinders, lathes, mills, and routers, following preprogrammed instructions.
2. Write, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC programs to produce parts.
3. Read blueprints, drawings, and engineering change orders to determine specifications.
4. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
5. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
6. Operate overhead cranes and use precision measuring tools.
7. Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
8. Assist in other work areas as needed.

Advanced Duties

• Set X, Y, Z coordinates, understand G and M codes.
• Maintain preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Lead programming efforts and train others.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; 0-5 years experience depending on skill level.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring devices.
• Mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.
• Preferred skills include programming, use of hand tools, and knowledge of CNC code.

Physical and Safety Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements.
