The Position

We seek an experienced, motivated CNC Operator to join our team. The role involves working with our product lines including Jordan Valve, Low Flow, Steriflow, among others. The CNC Operator reports directly to the Production Manager and is responsible for:

• Machine operation and production
• Loading and unloading parts efficiently
• Identifying proper tooling, fixtures, and jaws for setup
• Inspecting tools for sharpness and usability
• Monitoring machine operation for accuracy and malfunctions
• Adjusting machine settings as needed
• Updating CNC programs for optimal performance
• Performing first-piece and in-process inspections
• Machine setup and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years CNC machining experience
• General PC knowledge
• Knowledge of AS400 system
• Experience with CNC turning/milling machines
• Ability to handle valve bodies weighing 50-200 lbs with assistance
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime
