Job summary

Fabhar Corporation in Princeton, Texas, is seeking a CNC Utility to support bridges material handling, quality inspection, and machine operation. You will load parts, operate secondary tools, and learn advanced machining under supervision.

No experience is required; starting pay is $20 to $23 per hour. This first shift runs 5:00am to 1:30pm with potential overtime depending on the project; the shop uses HAAS CNC machines and emphasizes a clean, dependable work ethic.

Qualifications

• No experience is required but dependability and willingness to learn are essential.
• Attention to detail with precision measuring tools is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a clean, climate controlled shop and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Material Management: Transporting, staging, and tracking raw materials and finished parts.
• Machine Tending: Loading/unloading parts into the CNC and assisting with basic setups.
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished components using precision hand tools.
• Machine Maintenance: Keeping the workspace clean and reporting issues.
• Cross-Training: Learning to edit programs and set up new jobs with senior machinists.

A CNC Utility position is available at Fabhar Corporation to support bridges material handling, quality inspection, and machine operation. Workers in this role keep production flowing by loading parts, operating secondary tools, and learning advanced machining under direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Management: Transporting, staging, and tracking raw materials and finished parts across the shop floor.
• Machine Tending: Loading and unloading parts into the CNC. As you gain experience, you may perform basic setups or operate secondary equipment.
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished components using precision hand tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators).
• Machine Maintenance: Keeping the workspace clean, organizing tooling, and reporting maintenance issues.
• Cross-Training: Working closely with experienced CNC Machinists to learn how to edit programs and set up new jobs

Handle materials appropriately and safely. Clean and Climate Controlled. Machinery to be HAAS CNC Machines. Very clean shop ; MUST be dependable.

Must Pass a Drug Test, We Provide a Drug-Free Work Environment

1st shift 5:00am to 1:30 +/- ; Overtime expected depending on the project.
