Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of CNC machining experience in manufacturing.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of X, Y, and Z axes; 4th and 5th axis CNC machining.
• Familiar with G- and M-Codes and CNC program editing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and production documentation.
• Change fixtures, tooling, and offsets for accurate machine setup.
• Edit CNC programs and adjust G & M Codes, speeds, and feeds.
• Work with X, Y, Z axes and 4th/5th axis machining.
• Inspect finished parts with micrometers and calipers; use other precision tools.
• Troubleshoot machining issues with production and engineering teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while meeting quality goals.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC mills to produce precision parts

• Troubleshoot machining issues and work with production and engineering teams

What You Bring
