Job summary

Select Machine & Tool, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Machine Operator to oversee CNC and manual machine setup and operation, ensure quality control, and support in maintaining shop equipment.

You will log readings, assist with troubleshooting, perform routine maintenance, and help improve plant efficiency. Candidates should have machining experience, familiarity with measurement tools, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and work without supervision. G-code familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in machining operations or related fields.
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment, particularly measurement tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle physical workload, including regularly lifting loads in excess of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work without supervision.
