WEG is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, setting up tooling, loading programs, and inspecting parts to tight tolerances.
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CNC machining, programming, and factory operations, with proficiency in various machining tools and quality control processes. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to precision manufacturing projects. The position requires hands-on experience with CNC machinery, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge to ensure high-quality production standards are met consistently.
Physical capabilities include, but are not limited to: frequent walking and standing, occasional twisting, stooping, carrying, handling, pushing, and pulling; climbing, kneeling, and lifting 20-35 lbs. frequently and 26-50 lbs. occasionally. Majority of time is spent in a manufacturing production environment with some (but not all) climate-controlled areas. Personal protective safety equipment must be worn, and proper safety precautions must be observed. While performing the duties of this job, employees regularly stand and use hands and arms for the duration of their shift. Employees must regularly lift parts up to 35 pounds. Must be physically able to push/pull motors. Bending and stopping to lift items.
