Job summary

Godshall & Godshall Personnel Consultants, Inc. is seeking CNC Water Jet/Router Operators for 1st and 2nd shift, direct hire, for a stable, growing manufacturer.

You will set up and operate CNC Water Jet and Router equipment to cut foam and rubber to customer specs, review orders, and ensure quality. Training provided; strong teamwork encouraged. Medical, dental, vision, and PTO offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC water jet, CNC router, or CNC machining equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience performing machine setups and basic preventative maintenance.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

Direct hire positions are available for candidates with relevant experience or individuals from a CNC machining background who are eager to learn specialized equipment!
