Job summary

WAF - Crookston is seeking an entry-level CNC Operator to join our Machine Shop team in Crookston, MN. You will turn aluminum castings into precision-machined components, loading/unloading parts and ensuring quality.

You will inspect parts with gauges and calipers, follow prints and procedures, and learn to keep parts within specification while maintaining a safe, clean workspace. Training and teamwork are emphasized to grow in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical CNC training preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, prints, and quality specs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts per customer specifications.
• Load and unload parts, keeping machines running smoothly.
• Inspect parts with gauges, calipers, and micrometers; adjust as needed to spec.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area; report issues promptly.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep production moving and meet quality standards.
