What You’ll Be DoingAs a CNC Operator, you’ll be part of the team turning aluminum castings into quality, precision-machined components.Your day may include:Operating CNC machines to produce quality parts to customer specifications.Loading and unloading parts and keeping the machine running smoothly.Inspecting parts using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.Following work instructions, prints, and quality requirements.Making minor adjustments to keep parts within specification.Keeping your machine and work area clean, organized, and safe.Watching for problems and speaking up when something doesn't look right.Working with your teammates, leads, and supervisors to keep production moving.Following all safety, quality, and production procedures. ️ What Makes You a Great Fit?You’ll probably do well here if you:Have a mechanical mindset and like figuring out how things work.Can read and follow instructions.Have good attention to detail.Take pride in producing quality work.Show up, work hard, and can be counted on.Are comfortable working around machines and in a manufacturing environment.Are willing to learn and take direction.Can work independently but aren't afraid to ask questions.Understand that safety and quality come before speed.This is an entry-level position for someone who is ready to learn, work hard, and become part of a skilled manufacturing team.
