CNC Operator

We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our team and work with industry-leading and operate Haas and Grob CNC machines. This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality stainless-steel parts based on customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Milling, Haas and Grob CNC machines to manufacture precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and design sketches to ensure correct dimensions and tolerances.
• Assemble, repair, and fabricate metal components using mechanical equipment.
• Ensure quality and efficiency in production while following safety guidelines.

Work Schedule:

• Fixed schedule 1^st and 2^nd shift with a 45-minute lunch.
• Some evening or weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills (preferred but not required).
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of CNC machine operation experience.
