You will program Kellenberger Kel‑Vista/Kel‑Vita and Jones & Shipman grinders, perform multi-tool setups, and collaborate with QA to verify dimensions, maintaining high quality and efficiency from first part to last.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and programming CNC grinders.
• Ability to perform first-article inspections and dimensional checks.
• Familiarity with between-centers grinding and chucking operations.

Responsibilities

• Review supervisor’s job list and plan setup.
• Program and run CNC grinders with conversational controls.
• Perform multi-tool setups across cells to optimize production.
• Coordinate with QA for critical inspections and reject analyses.
• Handle customer components with care to minimize scrap.
