Northern Gear & Machining is seeking an experienced CNC Multi-Axis Twin Turret Lathe Setup/Nakamura Machinist for 1st shift in Muskego, WI. The role emphasizes accurate gauging, blueprints interpretation, tooling changes, and safe, ISO-compliant production.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, measure parts, ensure ISO compliance; work safely.

Northern Gear & Machining is seeking an experienced CNC Multi-Axis Twin Turet Lathe Setup/ Nakamura Machinist.

Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Proficient with gauging and understanding blueprints.
• Ability to change tooling and inserts.
• Be proficient operating multiple machines, high productivity.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to read and understand frequencies and follow processes.
• Ability to understand and be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Be accountable and responsible for product going to customer, meeting all ISO standards.
• Good communication skills.
• Have good math and reading skills.
• Dependable and have transportation.

Pay
