Job summary

SendCutSend in Pennsylvania is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to run and maintain advanced 5-axis CNC machines and robotic loading systems to produce precise parts. You will set up tooling, monitor operation, and perform routine inspections to meet quality standards while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

You will support team workflows, assist with material handling and packaging, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor within a fast-growing on-demand

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with CNC machining fundamentals and willingness to learn and grow.
• Proficiency with hand tools and measurement instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines with material automation.
• Load, secure raw material and fixtures in vises.
• Set tools and load into holders.
• Monitor tool condition via inspection cues.
• Perform routine quality inspections with basic instruments.
• Assist with material handling and shipment preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Operate forklifts for material movement.
• Adapt to leadership directions for daily production tasks.
