Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate CNC Milling and Turning Machines across mills and lathes.
• Verify dimensional accuracy with bench gauging and inspection tools to ensure conformance to specs.
• Follow Standard Work for setup, operation, verification, inspection, and material handling.
• Perform light preventative maintenance to maintain machine performance and reduce downtime.
• Report safety or equipment issues and assist in corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain productive workflow and quality output.
• Support safety programs and proper handling of hazardous materials and disposal.
