Job summary

Velosity CMD is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist on first shift at Forest Lake, MN. You will set up, program (Mastercam), operate, and maintain CNC milling equipment to produce precision components.

The role offers a base pay range of $28.50–$42.75 per hour with a 5% quarterly bonus target and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience operating CNC milling machines and programming with relevant software.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and operation for milling machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC milling machines with correct attachments and parts; operate and monitor.
• Program from blueprints/plans/work orders using Mastercam.
• Identify and resolve programming/operation issues for smooth production.
• Inspect finished parts to meet specs and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and team members to hit goals.
