Job summary

Precision Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC machinist to join our team in Brooten, Minnesota. The role offers a full-time position with hourly pay between $24 and $35, plus a $3,000 hiring bonus.

Responsibilities include programming, setting up, and operating 3-axis milling machines and a CNC lathe with mill-turn capabilities, using Haas/Fanuc controls and Inventor CAM. Opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with Haas or Fanuc controls and Inventor CAM preferred.
• Willing to learn and adapt to Precision Manufacturing equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate 3-axis vertical milling machines and a CNC lathe with mill-turn capabilities.
• Utilize Haas and Fanuc controls, with most programming completed through Autodesk Inventor CAM.
• Read, edit, and troubleshoot G-code at the machine when needed.
• Understand CNC machining, setups, tooling, work offsets, and part inspection.
• Support problem solving, accuracy maintenance, and improvement of machining quality and efficiency.
