Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a CNC Milling Machine Operator for our Inland Empire shop. You’ll prepare and run CNC vertical milling equipment based on prints, observe cycle performance, adjust tooling and offsets, and document run data.

You’ll verify parts with micrometers and calipers, read engineering drawings and GD&T, and collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot issues. A high school diploma is required; machining coursework or certification is a plus, with overtime as production demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining trade coursework or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and run CNC vertical milling equipment based on prints, models, and specifications.
• Observe cycle performance, adjust tooling, offsets, and parameters to maintain capability and throughput.
• Execute daily preventative maintenance to keep machines production-ready.
• Verify parts using precision metrology (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure conformance.
• Partner with teammates to troubleshoot machining or quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Sustain a clean, organized, and safe work cell aligned with shop safety standards.
• Record setups, run notes, and inspection results with accurate, timely documentation.
