Job summary

Hydraulics International, Inc. in Chatsworth, CA is seeking two experienced CNC Mill Operators to set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision metal parts.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on CNC milling experience, the ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools, and a solid understanding of shop mathematics and quality requirements. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC mill operating experience in a machining or manufacturing environment.
• Experience setting up mills, running programs, and making offsets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC mills, load and run part programs, and monitor machining operations.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts with precision instruments.
• Build relationships with engineering and production teams to meet schedules.
• Apply CNC machining knowledge to support safe, efficient production and continuous improvement.
• Verify dimensions and ensure parts meet quality requirements.
