Job summary

TEAM is seeking a Machining Operator to run CNC and manual milling equipment, inspect parts, and ensure quality meets customer requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and related manufacturing experience, with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities include operating machines, following work instructions, maintaining documentation, and promoting a safe work environment. This full-time position emphasizes efficiency and accuracy in a collaborative manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months machine trade work or related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and document results.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work with limited supervision.
• OJT for Machining Operator I/II.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual mills and lathes and hand tools.
• Set up or assist with machine setups and adjust offsets as needed.
• Inspect parts for defects and report non-conformities.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following 5-S principles.
• Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Meet or exceed efficiency and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
