Job summary

Real Staffing is seeking skilled CNC machinists in Wisconsin with strong milling and setup capabilities. The role supports 1st and 2nd shift options, including Friday through Sunday and weekday rotations.

Qualifications

• Must have CNC milling experience and be able to set up machines.
• Exposure to 5-axis vertical machining is required or highly preferred.
• Experience with DMG/DMU vertical machines is a plus.

Shift Options

• 1st Shift Weekend: Fri-Sun 4am-4pm then Thurs-Sun 4am-4pm
• 2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs 4pm-4am then Mon-Wed 4pm-4am

Must have

• CNC Milling experience
• Machine setup experience
• Exposure to 5-axis vertical machining
• DMG/DMU vertical machine experience

Nice to have

• Renishaw probing
• Able to read and interpret CMM reports
• Experience using Digital Starrett comparators
