Titan Motorsport and Automotive Engineering is seeking an experienced CNC Miller supervisor to lead a small team within our CNC Milling department on a rotating shift. You will be a fully skilled CNC Miller with experience delivering high-quality, precision components up to 5 axes in various materials.

You will supervise, delegate work, and train the team while maintaining delivery deadlines and top quality. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Formación

• Completed a Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship followed by several years' CNC Miller experience up to and including 5 axis.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in a precision engineering CNC machine shop.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to clearly communicate technical issues across the team.
• Keen to share knowledge and aid the development of others.
• Basic IT skills.
• Understanding of and experienced in working to high quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Target driven.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small team in the CNC Milling department on a rotating shift.
• Set up a range of CNC milling machines to produce precision components from various materials.
• Ensure components meet tolerances and align with inspection schedules.
• Support the Production Manager with work allocation and training.
• Monitor daily output and assist with shift handovers.
• Follow the company's Quality Management and Health & Safety procedures.
