Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with CNC machining experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience guiding and training CNC machinists and operators.
• AS9100 aerospace or similarly regulated environment experience.
• ERP/MRP familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver precision outcomes on milling and turning work, including 3+2 and 5-axis operations.
• Mentor machinists and operators, lifting capability and consistency across the shift.
• Coordinate priorities and throughput to meet delivery, quality, and productivity goals.
• Advance a culture of safety, 5S, FOD prevention, and equipment care.
• Ensure strong shift-to-shift handoffs and adherence to our Quality Management System, including nonconformance resolution and inspection best practices.
