Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in CNC milling with full setup responsibility.
  • Independent setups without external assistance.
  • Advanced proficiency in reading and applying GD&T and technical blueprints.
  • Strong background in precision measurement and first‑article inspection processes.
  • Proven track record of autonomous troubleshooting in a high‑mix, low‑volume environment.

  • Perform precise adjustments on FANUC controls, including offsets and parameter edits, to maintain strict tolerance requirements.
  • Conduct thorough in-process and final inspections using advanced metrology tools like CMM, bore gauges, and micrometers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine alarms, tool wear, and surface finish issues independently to minimize downtime.
  • Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T specifications to ensure accurate part geometry.
  • Document setup procedures and communicate effectively during shift transitions to maintain high production standards.
  • Uphold 5S and shop floor safety standards to ensure a clean and efficient workspace.
