Job summary

The Panther Group is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Programmer and Setup Technician to join our Beverly, MA manufacturing team. You will program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-precision parts, inspect with precision tools, and work with engineering to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience programming and setting up CNC milling machines.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam or SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of G-code programming, machining principles, tooling, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
