Job summary

Piller Aimmco in Woodland, WA is seeking a CNC Operator for 1pm - 9:30pm, Monday through Friday. You will set up and operate CNC milling machines, inspect parts, and keep tooling projects moving safely and efficiently.

The role requires knowledge of CNC milling, ability to read drawings, and strong attention to detail. Two or more years of milling experience preferred; experience with injection molds or precision tooling is a plus. Benefits and competitive hourly pay offered.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CNC milling and machine setup.
• Ability to read machining drawings and setup instructions.
• Understanding of speeds/feeds and precision measurement.
• Attention to detail and quality checks.
• Willing to collaborate to meet shop priorities.
• 2+ years of CNC milling experience preferred.
• Experience with injection molds or precision tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC vertical milling machines per setup instructions.
• Run established CNC programs and monitor machining conditions.
• Verify dimensions with micrometers/calipers/indicators.
• Coordinate machine cycles, inspections, and prep for upcoming jobs.
• Identify machining problems and make authorized adjustments.
• Contribute to quality improvements and safe, organized shop practices.
