Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Operator to support a leading aerospace manufacturer in Connecticut. You will set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling centers, perform in-process inspections, and verify parts against drawings to ensure conformance to exacting aerospace standards.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, using precision measuring tools, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC milling operator experience.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC milling equipment, performing quality inspections, and producing precision-machined components while meeting strict aerospace standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision aerospace components.

• Operate vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers.

• Run 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines.

• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.

• Verify parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.

• Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
