Job summary

Krones, Inc. is seeking a 1st shift CNC Mill Operator to load programs, set up Mazak machines, and produce parts per drawings. You will edit G-code/Mazatrol and perform first-piece inspections to ensure spec tolerances are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; apprenticeship preferred.
• 5 years CNC mill setup and programming/editing experience required.
• Mazak experience preferred; Mazatrol programming skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve CNC programs and load to the machine.
• Set up, load, and operate CNC machines to produce parts per prints.
• Edit in G-code and Mazatrol; program and adjust as needed.
• Read drawings and identify operations, specs, tolerances; meet tight tolerances.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspections; use calipers and micrometers.
