Job summary

The Milling machinist role at E. F. Precision Group in Willow Grove, PA is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining milling machines to produce precision components according to detailed engineering drawings and specifications.

You will work with GD&T guidance and ensure parts meet tight tolerances in a fast-paced shop. The position requires a high school diploma or technical training in machining, plus 2+ years of CNC milling experience and proficiency with precision measuring

Qualifications

High school diploma or technical school certification in machining or manufacturing technology.
2+ years CNC milling experience (or equivalent).
Ability to read technical drawings and apply GD&T.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC and manual milling machines to produce high-precision parts.
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions.
Install tooling, fixtures, and materials for milling.
Perform tool changes and program edits as needed.
Inspect finished parts with precision instruments and document results.
Maintain tolerances and quality standards throughout production.
Troubleshoot machining issues and suggest improvements.
Maintain equipment with routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
